Development of technological schemes for the utilization of associated petroleum gas using pump-ejector and pump-compressor systems

The processing of hydrocarbon gases is becoming one of the main elements of the formation of the global fuel and energy market. Given that the giant fields, such as Medvezhye, Urengoy and Yamburgskoye, have entered the stage of falling production, the problem of involving associated petroleum gas in the economic turnover, the volumes of which in Russia, according to various data, range from 13 to 20 billion m3, becomes extremely urgent. Against the background of almost complete utilization of associated petroleum gas (APG) in countries such as Norway (95 %) and the United States (98%), the situation in our country seems almost critical. This is based on both regulatory and technical problems: low fines for APG combustion, lack of taxes on its extraction, economically justified technologies for injecting APG into the reservoir and processing it into liquid fuel, lack of reliable technical means for measuring APG flaring.
