Waterproofing composition based on secondary products of production

Abstract:

The article presents the results of a study on the synthesis of a gyro-insulating composite material based on petroleum bitumen and the VAT residue of the distillation of fatty acids of cotton stocks. The synthesis of a gyro-insulating composite material was carried out by selecting the optimal conditions for its production: the ratio of the initial components, temperature, concentration, time, and the order in which the components were introduced into the reaction. A study of the physicochemical properties of a gyro-insulating composite material based on the distilled fatty acid residue (CDFA), which was obtained with the addition of crumb rubber and recycled basalt fiber, was carried out.
