Abstract: In our research, we focus on the processing of grape raw materials and the production of juices for biofuel production, as well as on the deep processing of secondary waste from the wine industry. For this we need the chemical composition of the secondary grape product, the structure of the function of the technical means used in its deep processing. Based on the information in the tables and figures, we will study the characteristics of the secondary grape product.
