Abstract: In this article, a flow diagram for the complex processing of Shkapovskaya oil at an oil refinery with a feedstock capacity of 10 million tons per year has been developed. The following main tasks were set and implemented: to select and justify the option of oil refining at NP3; justify the choice of a set of oil refining processes, characterize them, develop a block diagram of production; conduct a consolidated material balance of the projected refinery.
