Резюме:

The article presents the material balances of separators, settling tanks, electric dehydrators, the terminal phase divider and the dewatering unit, as well as the consolidated balance itself. The paper presents a theoretical analysis and comparison of data obtained from an industrial complex oil treatment plant. With the help of the carried out technological calculations of the main equipment of the complex oil treatment plant, it can be understood that an increase in productivity will not lead to a change in the technological scheme and strapping of the equipment. The economic effect in this project is achieved by increasing the production of a wide fraction of light hydrocarbons.
