Abstract:

This article analyzes the impact of natural gas on the environment. The main objective of the work is to study the minimization of harmful effects on the environment. The development and extraction of fuel has had a negative impact on the natural environment and caused enormous damage. When using natural gas deposits, little attention is paid to global problems that may arise in the environment in the near future. It has been studied that the continued use of natural gas as a fuel poses a huge and dire risk. During the combustion of oil and natural gas, a large amount of various aggressive substances, such as nitrogen oxides, carbon dioxide and sulfur compounds, are released into the atmosphere. The appearance of a large number of dangerous compounds in the atmosphere threatens serious environmental problems in the future. Environmental damage is inevitable during the natural gas extraction process, but the gas industry has the ability to minimize harmful impacts through wise use of resources. Therefore, this scientific article examines the main environmental problems associated with the production and consumption of natural gas, and also presents methods and recommendations for stimulating the production and consumption of natural gas.
