The paper considers the role of mechanical impurities in the formation of stable water-oil emulsions at the Arlansk oil field. The aim of the work is to increase the efficiency of the deep pumping underground equipment of wells at the Arlanskoye field. The paper considers in detail an integrated approach to measures to combat complicating factors affecting the operation of deep pumping underground equipment of wells
