Abstract:

the article is devoted to the study of bitumen mastics, with a special focus on adhesive rubber mastics used in the construction and repair of public roads. The paper examines the composition, properties and advantages of these materials, including their high elasticity, resistance to moisture and chemicals, as well as excellent adhesive properties. The main areas of application of adhesive rubber mastics are discussed, such as sealing joints, strengthening road surfaces and creating protective layers. In conclusion, the importance of using these modern materials is emphasized to increase the reliability and durability of road infrastructure, which is a key factor in ensuring road safety and comfort.
