CALCULATION OF A LOW-TEMPERATURE GAS PURIFICATION SEPARATOR SHTOKMAN FIELD

The work analyzes the physicochemical characteristics of oil and gas, as well as the main parameters of a low-temperature separator, hydraulic calculation of the resistance of the apparatus, and the calculation process of gas throttling. Calculations were carried out using the MathCad software environment. The relevance of this work is due to the growing demand for reliable and efficient natural gas separation systems, which is especially important for ensuring the stability of energy supplies during periods of peak demand, as well as during other periods. The findings of the study demonstrate the possibility of using data from the USSR collection to determine low-temperature gas separators for Shtokman. The results obtained make it possible to more accurately predict the behavior of gas under various operating conditions and optimize technological processes associated with its production, processing and transportation.
