CALCULATION METHODS FOR DETERMINING GAS SUPPLY USING THE EXAMPLE OF THE SHTOKMAN GAS CONDENSATE FIELD

Abstract:

This is the process of delivering natural gas from its sources (fields) to consumers in our case, the Shtokman field, including industrial enterprises, residential buildings and other facilities. To ensure efficient and safe gas supply, various calculation methods are used that allow optimizing the design and operation of gas pipelines. Determining the required volume of gas supplies, choosing the diameter of pipelines, calculating gas pressure and temperature, as well as assessing the economic efficiency of projects. Assessment of heat transfer and heat loss in gas supply systems, which is important to prevent condensation and ensure stable transportation conditions.
