Резюме:

the article is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of the properties and chemical composition of the oil from the Romashkinskoye field, which is one of the largest in Russia and serves as a reference for the Volga-Ural oil and gas province. The main physical and chemical characteristics of this oil, such as density, viscosity, and sulfur, paraffin, resin, and asphalt content, are examined. Special attention is given to the features of its fractional and hydrocarbon (group) composition. The analysis shows that Romashkinskoye oil belongs to the category of medium-sulfur oils, which determines the main directions of its processing and its economic significance. The research results are of practical value for oil geologists and refinery technologists.
