Резюме:

To assess the potential of natural bitumens and high viscosity oils, as well as conventional oils, it is necessary to conduct thorough studies to determine the curves of the dependence of the true temperature curve (TTC), density, sulfur content, low temperature and viscous properties, and fractional and hydrocarbon compositions. The article examines the possibility of activating the process of oxidative thermolysis of heavy oil residues in order to produce bitumens for various purposes. The task of maximizing the processing of heavy oil residues is highly relevant in the context of growing competition in the petroleum products market, on the one hand, and against the backdrop of increasing requirements for their quality from the perspective of environmental protection, on the other. An urgent task for oil refineries (ORs) at present is to increasingly process high paraffinic, resinous oils using special methods of preliminary activation of the raw material (acoustic excitation, rotary hydrodynamic source of mechanical vibrations, wave exposure, etc.) to produce oxidized petroleum bitumens of improved quality. As raw materials for bitumen production [4,5,6], modern oil refineries use tars from various oils, cracking residues, extracts from selective oil refining, asphalts from the deasphalting process, fuel oils, resins from the pyrolysis process, etc. This leads to the need for effective regulation of both the properties of the raw materials [7] and the parameters of the bitumen production process to achieve a given set of operational properties.

Keywords: Electromagnetic influence, oxidation, fuel oil, bitumen samples
