Резюме:

Significant progress in the science of nanoparticles and nanotechnology has been achieved through the use of lasers. This paper presents an overview of the directions and results of research in the field of laser nanotechnology. The production of nanoparticles and nanostructures by laser ablation and laser nanolithography is considered in detail. It is shown that with the help of laser radiation it is possible to obtain, melt and vaporize nanoparticles, change their shape, structure, size and size distribution, study their dynamics, create periodic arrays, as well as various structures and ensembles of nanoparticles
