Резюме:

the relevance of this work is due to the key role of primary oil distillation in refining, as the efficiency of atmospheric and vacuum columns determines fractionation sharpness and energy consumption. The aim is to perform a process design calculation of an atmospheric-vacuum unit for Zapadno-Surgutskoye crude oil. Methods include engineering distillation calculations using TBP and EFV curves, partial pressures, enthalpies, tray hydraulic resistance. Results: material balances for K-1 and K-2 columns are compiled; overhead pressures (0.291 and 0.218 MPa), overhead temperatures (98 and 124 °C), heat balances (inlet 171901 and 142028 kW) are calculated; diameters (2.6 and 5.3 m) and heights (40.8 and 45.6 m) are determined. Conclusions: the obtained parameters ensure efficient fractionation; further simulation in Aspen HYSYS is recommended to optimize energy consumption.

Keywords: primary processing, distillation column, oil fractions, distillation, thermal balance, material balance
