INCREASING THE RESOURCE OF SAFE OPERATION OF FIELD PIPELINES BASED ON THE USE OF NON-METALLIC PIPES USING THE EXAMPLE OF THE SECTION OF THE MAIN OIL PRODUCT PIPELINE (MNPP) ALMETEVSK - NIZHNY NOVGOROD
In the article, on the basis of patent search and literary study, field pipelines and their application on the basis of non-metallic pipes were considered. During the research, hydraulic calculations and calculations for the hydraulic impact of fiberglass and steel pipelines with the same length – 1143.5 m. and different diameters were performed: for fiberglass pipelines – 65x3 mm., and for steel 73x5.5 mm. As a result of the performed hydraulic calculations and calculations for the hydraulic impact of fiberglass and steel pipelines, it can be concluded that the fiberglass pipeline has greater resistance to dynamic loads than the steel pipeline, due to the elasticity of the walls of the fiberglass pipeline, and also that the losses along the length of the fiberglass pipeline are the least compared to the steel pipeline. The work also presents social responsibility, where all the main harmful and dangerous products were considered.
