Abstract:

The global transition to carbon neutrality and decarbonization of energy requires a rethinking of the fundamental basis of matter as a source of energy. Traditional energy sources based on the combustion of hydrocarbons and the splitting of atomic nuclei are reaching their limits. Modern science views the atom primarily as a "building block" of matter, without fully understanding its structural and functional organization as a natural energy carrier.
